About Us

Kate Sjostrom is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of clinical experience. Her passion and expertise are centered around helping children and parents, using a relationship-based approach to strengthen connections as well as working on individual areas of concern. 

Kate has diverse experience working in roles as an advocate for youth across multiple settings, as an in-home specialist collaborating with parents to address the critical needs of infants and toddlers, a consultant to providers in pediatric practice, and clinician helping children, adolescents and adults.  She is a strong believer in parental involvement in treatment and dedicates time to individual therapy sessions as well as parent-coaching sessions .
